You can quickly add users to your HotDoodle website by importing many at once. This is a way to keep all your customer contacts or newsletter subscribers in one place, on your HotDoodle website.

To import users, first create a "Comma Separated Value" (CSV) file that contains, First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Password (Optional), Username (Optional)

Steps: How to Import User Accounts

1. From the HotDoodle Toolbar, click on the "Administration" tab.

2. Click on the "User & Group Accounts" button.

3. Click on the "Import Users" link.

4. Browse the CSV file on your computer.

5. Click the "Upload this file and show me the columns" button.

HotDoodle can export the users on your website to a spreadsheet on your computer. HotDoodle will export to the default program on your computer. (Example: Microsoft Excel)

Steps: How to Export User Accounts

1. From the HotDoodle Toolbar, click on the "Administration" tab.

2. Click on the "User & Group Accounts" button.

3. Click on the "Export Users" link.

A listing of all the users will appear on the next screen.

4. Click on the "Download Spreadsheet" link above the list of usernames.

5. Format the spreadsheet as desired and save it on the computer.
